Show Off Your Patriotism During the Annual Freedom Festival This Weekend
Let freedom ring! This Sunday, you are cordially invited to attend the annual Freedom Festival and fireworks show at St. Philip’s United Methodist Church. This is a professional fireworks show by Texas Lite and Pyro, combined with food and activities for all. Don’t miss it!
Kick off your Independence Day festivities a few days early when you bring the family to Freedom Festival. The event will include delicious food (including drinks, hot dogs, nachos, chips, cookies, popcorn and snow-cones), face painting for children and adults, and – of course – a spectacular fireworks display. You’ll also get to enter for a chance to win free giveaways!
Even more awaits! Children will get to enjoy a bounce house and body boppers. Patriotic-themed temporary tattoos will be on hand, and you can also hit the Bingo Room to try for a prize. Take home photos of your fun time when you make use of our Selfie Station. Or, participate in the raffle for a mere $5 per ticket. Every ticket purchased gets you one step closer to winning a gift card, gift basket, or other fun prize!
There will be live entertainment provided by Brazos River Pickers, the Houston Community Band, the Sutton Choir and more. Plus, an on-site DJ, Dwayne Jones, will be providing music in between live acts. Meanwhile, Cheerio the Clown will entertain the masses with balloon antics!
Enjoy a summertime event that you’ll never forget at Freedom Festival on Sunday, June 30th! This event is free and open to the public, but donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of the event. Text your donation to (281) 666-9354 or make sure to bring some extra cash to donate at the ticket booth! It is recommended that you bring lawn chairs or a blanket and bug spray. Please do not bring pets to the fireworks show. Parking will be available at St. Philip’s and at the Church of the Latter-Day Saints.
The Heights at Harper’s Preserve, an extraordinary blend of comfortable and convenient apartments in Conroe, Texas, would like to remind our friends and neighbors of this event! Make the most out of your free time and check it out before it’s too late.
