The American Red Cross has created a web page for those affected by Hurricane Harvey to post "Safe and Well” messages, so that families and loved ones can stay connected and communicate with each other during this difficult time.

Registering on the “Safe and Well” Web site is completely voluntary, and entries can be updated at any time. Those searching the site can enter a name, address or phone number to locate those affected. It is one of the many ways that the Red Cross is working to reunite loved ones and provide other disaster relief services.
