See the Inspirational Talks and Entertaining Performances at the Black Heritage Festival

Be sure to experience the incredible community at the 2017 Black Heritage Festival. Center stage in the nation's fourth largest black populated city, over 10,000 African-Americans, Afro-Caribbeans, Africans from the Continent, Afro Latinos & Hispanics, and other multi-cultural guests will flock to Houston's iconic Discovery Green for a special celebration.

Award-winning community leaders, artists, and performers will come together at the third annual Black Heritage Festival, scheduled around a variety of multi-cultural festivities planted within themed villages centered around empowerment, health, cultural arts, and more. This year's festival will pay homage to Houston’s legendary Black Heritage history-makers that have made a profound impact in various industries, with a special black business panel assembled to engage, ignite, and empower crowd attendees on black wealth, nonprofits and entrepreneurs. With panelists like the award-winning publicist Velma Trayham and entertaining performers like R&B artist Benét scheduled, this event is one you don’t want to miss!
